FSCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT11, RBBP8, and SDHB. Each is linked with FSCN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSCN3-to-partner and partner-to-FSCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WNT11 grouped by FSCN3-low versus FSCN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
