Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, p62 Lck ligand, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with FSCN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSCN3-to-partner and partner-to-FSCN3 results are reported.
