FSCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,085 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSCN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FSCN1_S39, MMP14, and PLAU. Each is linked with FSCN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSCN1-to-partner and partner-to-FSCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSCN1 versus FSCN1_S39 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
