FSCN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSCN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,394 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDFI, INHBA, and PLAU. Each is linked with FSCN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSCN1-to-partner and partner-to-FSCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSCN1 versus MDFI in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
