FSCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5B-3P, LINC01848, and LINC01935. Each is linked with FSCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSCN1-to-partner and partner-to-FSCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5B-3P grouped by FSCN1-low versus FSCN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
