FRYL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRYL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, MCM5, and UQCRC1. Each is linked with FRYL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRYL-to-partner and partner-to-FRYL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RANBP1 grouped by FRYL-low versus FRYL-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRYL→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRYL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
