FRYL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRYL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 791 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, OXT, and ASB11. Each is linked with FRYL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRYL-to-partner and partner-to-FRYL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by FRYL-low versus FRYL-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRYL→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRYL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
