FRS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-79P, RN7SL237P, and SAR1B. Each is linked with FRS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRS3-to-partner and partner-to-FRS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-79P grouped by FRS3-low versus FRS3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
