FRS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRG, C18orf63, and SELENOV. Each is linked with FRS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRS3-to-partner and partner-to-FRS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRG grouped by FRS3-low versus FRS3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
