Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGD, MMP26, and FIGLA. Each is linked with FRS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRS2-to-partner and partner-to-FRS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGD grouped by FRS2-low versus FRS2-high in STOMACH.
