FRRS1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRRS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, MAPRE3, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with FRRS1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1L-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRRS1L versus CRMP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRRS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRRS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
