FRRS1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRRS1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,536 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, SNRPD3, and PRODH. Each is linked with FRRS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1L-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRRS1L versus UPB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRRS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRRS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
