FRRS1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRRS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are EI24P4, OR5P4P, and OR11G2. Each is linked with FRRS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1L-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EI24P4 grouped by FRRS1L-low versus FRRS1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRRS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRRS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
