Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRRS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FRRS1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher FRRS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRRS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and MESO are the cancer types where FRRS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
