FRRS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRRS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LUZP1, MECP2, and CAPZA1. Each is linked with FRRS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRRS1 versus LUZP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
