FRRS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRRS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,624 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A3, ESS2, and TTC23. Each is linked with FRRS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRRS1 versus SLC5A3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
