FRRS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P45, BLOC1S6P1, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with FRRS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P45 grouped by FRRS1-low versus FRRS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
