Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRRS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,341 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRRS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, UDP-galactose transmembrane transport, and Maintenance of centrosome location. Each is linked with FRRS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRRS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRRS1 results are reported.
