FRMPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,009 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12A, PTPN11_Y62, and TMOD2. Each is linked with FRMPD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRMPD1 versus HSPA12A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
