FRMPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,746 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, DTL, and TPGS2. Each is linked with FRMPD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELLS grouped by FRMPD1-low versus FRMPD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
