The most reproducible FRMPD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase, and Positive regulation of cell junction assembly. Each is linked with FRMPD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD1 results are reported.
