FRMD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMD7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with FRMD7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD7-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by FRMD7-low versus FRMD7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
