FRMD4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMD4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, SUPV3L1, and ELOVL6. Each is linked with FRMD4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD4A-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by FRMD4A-low versus FRMD4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
