FRMD4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRMD4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,862 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, PML body organization, and Regulation of inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus. Each is linked with FRMD4A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD4A-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization grouped by FRMD4A-low versus FRMD4A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
