FRMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RMRPP5, RN7SKP217, and RNU6-13P. Each is linked with FRMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD3-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RMRPP5 grouped by FRMD3-low versus FRMD3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
