Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL386P, RNA5SP412, and EME1. Each is linked with FRK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRK-to-partner and partner-to-FRK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL386P grouped by FRK-low versus FRK-high in OV.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
