Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRG2KP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FRG2KP data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FRG2KP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRG2KP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, CESC, and LGG are the cancer types where FRG2KP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
