Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG2KP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,535 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2KP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-containing complex disassembly, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with FRG2KP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2KP-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2KP results are reported.
