Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FRG2JP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FRG2JP expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FRG2JP is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, FRG2JP RNA expression shows 6,555 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight COAD, BRCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where FRG2JP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
