Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRG2DP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FRG2DP data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FRG2DP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRG2DP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, ESCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where FRG2DP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
