FRG2DP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG2DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,438 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2DP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA modification, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with FRG2DP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2DP-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2DP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA modification grouped by FRG2DP-low versus FRG2DP-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG2DP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG2DP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
