FRG2DP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG2DP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2DP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, JNK2, and Tuberin. Each is linked with FRG2DP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2DP-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2DP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by FRG2DP-low versus FRG2DP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG2DP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG2DP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
