Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRG2B RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FRG2B data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FRG2B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRG2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.
COAD, ESCA, and PCPG are the cancer types where FRG2B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
