FRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 171 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25BP, RNU6-340P, and RNA5SP307. Each is linked with FRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG1-to-partner and partner-to-FRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25BP grouped by FRG1-low versus FRG1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
