FRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP and Basophils. Each is linked with FRG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG1-to-partner and partner-to-FRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by FRG1-low versus FRG1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
