FREM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FREM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,297 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAM, MNDA, and PTPRC. Each is linked with FREM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM2-to-partner and partner-to-FREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FREM2 versus ITGAM in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
