Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FREM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC9, CD40, and MTURN. Each is linked with FREM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM2-to-partner and partner-to-FREM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FREM2 versus TTC9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
