FREM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FREM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, TFRC, and ASNS. Each is linked with FREM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM2-to-partner and partner-to-FREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by FREM2-low versus FREM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
