FREM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FREM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,262 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISOC1, LYG1, and SCD5. Each is linked with FREM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM2-to-partner and partner-to-FREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ISOC1 grouped by FREM2-low versus FREM2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
