FREM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FREM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, SLBP, and SAP30. Each is linked with FREM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM1-to-partner and partner-to-FREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by FREM1-low versus FREM1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
