FREM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FREM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and XRCC1. Each is linked with FREM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM1-to-partner and partner-to-FREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by FREM1-low versus FREM1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
