FREM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FREM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,233 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALCAM, FOSL1, and PIK3CD. Each is linked with FREM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM1-to-partner and partner-to-FREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FREM1 versus ALCAM in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
