FRAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caveolin-1, and Ku80. Each is linked with FRAS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRAS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by FRAS1-low versus FRAS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
