FRAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,067 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASLG, IL10RB, and EPOP. Each is linked with FRAS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRAS1-to-partner and partner-to-FRAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASLG grouped by FRAS1-low versus FRAS1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
