The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FRA10AC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRA10AC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where FRA10AC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
