Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD4, AHSA1, and MIB1. Each is linked with FPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR3-to-partner and partner-to-FPR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
