FPR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with FPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR2-to-partner and partner-to-FPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by FPR2-low versus FPR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
