FPR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G3, GPHB5, and KCNK18. Each is linked with FPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR2-to-partner and partner-to-FPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G3 grouped by FPR2-low versus FPR2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
