FPR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,105 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB1, MEFV, and LILRB1. Each is linked with FPR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR1-to-partner and partner-to-FPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FPR1 versus STAB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
