FPR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, PBK, and PATL1. Each is linked with FPR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR1-to-partner and partner-to-FPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by FPR1-low versus FPR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
